In November 2023, I first met Bhoomi through LinkedIn when she applied for a digital marketing role. Our initial conversation on Google Meet instantly left a positive impression - there was a certain warmth and vibrant energy about her.
At that time, she was a candidate, so I refrained from offering personal compliments, which might have been misinterpreted. Later, during our conversations, she came to know that I am younger than her, and naturally our conversations adopted a friendly, almost sibling-like tone. What began with formal “sir” and “you” soon turned into casual “tum” and “bhai”- a sign of trust and comfort.

Like in any relationship, there were moments of disagreement - one memorable instance led to an emotional exchange - but we talked it through, apologized, and emerged with an even stronger understanding. When I met her in Rajkot, Gujarat, on 28 August, I realized how accurate my initial impression was: she is as genuine in person as she is online.
